How to Care for your Bird

1. Provide a spacious and safe cage: A spacious cage is important for your bird to move around, exercise and spread its wings. Make sure the cage is safe and secure with no sharp edges or small openings.

2. Offer a balanced diet: Offer a balanced diet that includes seeds & treats and fresh fruits and vegetables. Consider adding calcium-rich foods, such as cuttle fish & eggshells, to support their overall health.

3. Ensure proper hydration: Offer fresh water daily and consider adding a bird-safe humidifier to the cage to prevent dry air.

4. Provide opportunities for exercise & mental stimulation: Offer toys and perches of various shapes and textures, and consider interactive acti, such as foraging toys, to encourage natural behaviour.

5. Keep the cage clean: Clean the cage regularly and change the bedding materials, such as sand sheets or sand, frequently to maintain good hygiene.
