What's the shipping cost?
If you purchase our Essential Boxes, the shipment is for free.
For the rest of our products and Basic Boxes, the shipping fees are as follows:
Standard Shipping (2-4 working days) with Royal Mail
- Up to 1kg: £3.99 per order.
- Up to 2kg: £5.49 per order.
- Up to 10kg: £8.49 per order.
- Up to 20kg: £12.49 per order.
- Up to 30kg: £15.99 per order.
What is Bird Essential Box?
Pamper your birds with everything they need to stay healthy and happy. Our monthly box provides food, treats, toys, first-aid, and general well-being related products. Delivered right at your doorstep!

When will I receive my Bird Essential box?
We ship our boxes every Wednesday with ParcelForce 48h delivery.
You will receive your box the first Wednesday after your order date and once every month after that.
How often will I receive my Bird Essential Box?
The Bird Essential Box is a monthly box. This means that you will receive it once a month.
When will I pay for by Bird Essential Box?
You will be charged the first time you sign up. You will then be charged again when the subscription renews (after 3, 6, or 12 months depending which one you go for).
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time so it won't renew. You will still receive all the boxes you already paid for on a monthly bases until the subscription ends.
Can I gift the box to someone else?
YES! Just select the box and the amount of months, and at checkout make sure to input the Delivery Address of the person you want to gift it to, we will take care of the rest!
Can I purchase older boxes?
Yes, we can help you get older boxes at a discounted price. Just send us an email at sales@barkingsidebirds.com and we will help you!
